At KREAN JEWELS, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our natural diamond, lab-grown diamond, and fine jewelry collections. Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our highest standards.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- The item must be returned with original packaging, certificates, and invoices
Note: Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewelry items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Return Process

3. Refund Policy
After we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
- Shipping charges, insurance fees, and customs duties (if any) are non-refundable
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible products, subject to stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or engraved jewelry
- Special order pieces
- Items showing signs of wear or damage after delivery
