At KREAN JEWELS, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our natural diamond, lab-grown diamond, and fine jewelry collections. Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our highest standards.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
The item must be returned with original packaging, certificates, and invoices

Note: Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewelry items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Return Process

Include your order number, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable). Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

3. Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
Shipping charges, insurance fees, and customs duties (if any) are non-refundable

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible products, subject to stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
